The 48th annual Youth Fishing Derby is Saturday, May 7 at Apollo Park, 4555 West Ave. G in Lancaster.


It’s for ages 5 to 15. There is no cost and fishing licenses are not required.


Prizes will be awarded by age group for the largest rainbow trout caught.

Fishing starts at 7 a.m. and concludes at 10 a.m.
