Many attended a peaceful immigration march in Palmdale organized by SALVA.

Palmdale, CA.- As immigration continues to be a hot topic in the nation, a peaceful protest/march was held today Saturday February 15, 2025 in Palmdale.
President Trump has vowed to deport the 11.7 immigrants in the U.S. who are here illegally.

The Organization SALVA organized the peaceful march. Residents gathered at SALVA’s office in Palmdale and walked for miles to Palmdale City Hall.

“This is the time to unite and fight together to show our friendship and be in solidarity with our brothers who are working day by day to make the United States economy strong.” SALVA

In light of the increasing immigration raids and deportations, some migrants have decided to stay home from work and keep their children home from school. This march is intended to offer them support and comfort, emphasizing the presence of support networks.
