LASD Homicide Bureau Investigated Suspicious Child Death In Palmdale

Palmdale, Ca.- On December 3, 2024, Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Homicide investigators were assigned a suspicious death investigation involving the death of a 4-year-old male from the Palmdale Station area.

During the last month and a half, investigators continued their investigation into this case. On January 21, 2025, Homicide Investigators arrested the biological father (Andrew Havrella MW/36) and his female companion (Lacie Fetters FW/25) for child assault resulting in death, and child abuse.
