Dennis is 6’00”, 170 lbs., bald, with blue eyes and has multiple tattoos on his arms. Dennis’ last worn clothing is unknown.

Mr. Peltier has ties to Alabama, California, and Georgia. Dennis is known to frequent Ave K in Lancaster.

Dennis’ family is concerned for his well-being and are asking for the public’s help.
