A mother and her 2 young children missing.


Palmdale, Ca.-LASD is Asking for the Public’s Help Locating At-Risk Missing Juveniles, Simon Carreno and Angel Lopez, & Sindy Lopez .


Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Palmdale Station is asking for the public’s help locating At-Risk Missing Juveniles, Simon Vicente Carreno and Angel David Lopez. The brothers were both last seen with their mother, Sindy Lopez Marcela (pictured above), who is also missing. The family was last seen on Friday, August 18, 2023, at 10:30 a.m., on the 37500 block of Morning Circle in the city of Palmdale.


Simon is a 2-year-old male Hispanic juvenile, 2’05”, 30lbs, with blonde curly hair, blue eyes, and a red birthmark behind his left ear. He was last seen wearing a blue hat, red shirt, gray shorts, and “Spiderman” shoes.

Angel is a 6-year-old male Hispanic juvenile, 4’00", 41lbs, with short black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a red hat, black shirt, and black shorts. There are no photographs available of Angel.


Sindy is described as a 31-year-old female Hispanic adult, 5’05”, 130lbs, with brown hair, brown eyes, and a burn mark on her left hand. She was last seen wearing a white shirt, grey leggings, and black shoes.

Sindy’s family is concerned for her and her children’s well-being and are asking for the public’s help.
