LASD Pride Patch which is available for all personnel to wear to show their support of the LGBTQ com

June 2020 marks the 50th anniversary of Pride Month across our nation, a time to celebrate the LGBTQ+ community and recognize the progress made to create a safer more inclusive society.

In 2019, Sheriff Villanueva unveiled our LASD Pride Patch which is available for all personnel to wear to show their support of the LGBTQ+ community and demonstrate the diverseness within the #LASD. We continue to invite the LGBTQ+ community to join our inclusive family. This year proceeds from the sale of the Pride patches will be donated to the restoration of The Las Memorias AIDS Monument in Lincoln Park, Los Angeles (link in bio). #pridemonth #pride2020
