A teenage girl shot in Lancaster.

Homicide detectives with the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department are investigating the shooting death of a teenage girl in Lancaster Tuesday evening. The victim was rushed to a local hospital where she was pronounced dead, said the Sheriff's Department. Her age and identity have not been revealed. Press Release: LASD The crime was reported at about 5:30 p.m. at a home in the 1700 block of West Avenue J15 in Lancaster. There is currently no information on the suspect or suspects.
