West Coast Classical to Perform Three Shows at the Palmdale Playhouse
PALMDALE – West Coast Classical will perform three concerts in three days next week at The Palmdale Playhouse, located at 38334 10th St. East in Palmdale. On Thursday, May 30 at 7:30 pm West Coast Classical (WCC) will present “A Little Night Music” an instrumental musical experience by its beginning students. Tickets are $10 for adults, $7 for seniors, students, military and children 12 and under. Then on Friday, May 31 at 7:30 pm, WCC will present “Music in the Air,” a performance of some of the best-loved favorite classical, pop and jazz compositions featuring “The Addison Red Line,” “Ratatouille,” and “Galop.” Tickets are $15 for adults, $10 for seniors, students, military and children 12 and under. Wrapping things up, WCC Concert and Symphonic Orchestras. will present “Sounds 2 Beautiful” on Saturday, June 1 at 7:30 pm. Musical Director Patricia Graham will conduct the final concert of the season featuring Aaron Copland’s classic American symphonic work “Hoedown,” Ludwig van Beethoven’s most famous overture, “Egmont Overture,” and the energetic “Slavonic Dance No. 8” by Antonin Dvorak. Tickets are $15 for adults, $10 for seniors, students, military and children 12 and under.
