Lancaster Station Detectives need public's help in locating 13 year old girl, Skylar Mannie

Lancaster Sheriff's Station Detectives need your help locating a missing 13 year old. Skylar Mannie is a 13 year old, black female with black hair and brown eyes. She is about 5'5 and weighs 130lbs. She was last seen wearing a gray hoodie with the word "LOVE" on it, blue jeans and black shoes.

Skylar voluntarily left her home in Lancaster on February 14, 2019 around 2pm. There was a report of someone matching her description being seen on February 15, 2019 at Target near 10th Street West and Avenue K.
