LASD Homicide Bureau Detectives Continue to Investigate Dead Body Found on Angeles Crest Highway


The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Homicide Bureau Detectives are investigating the unknown cause of death of an individual, located on the Angeles Crest Highway, marker 31, on November 17, 2018 at approximately 10:30 a.m. Detectives have learned, U.S. Forestry employees were cleaning debris near the location when they located the decedent. Based on the condition of the remains, this incident is being investigated as a homicide. Cause of death is unknown at this time. It is unknown if the victim is male or female. The investigation is on-going and there is no further information available at this time.
