Our detectives need your help trying to located a suspect wanted for aggravated assault. Maris Janis Birins is a white male 52 years old with white hair and brown eyes. He is 6'0 tall and weighs 185 lbs. Mr. Birins is wanted for aggravated assault and making criminal threats. Additionally, he has a no bail warrant and another one for $100,000.
