Homicide Detectives Responded to a Death Investigation in Palmdale

Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Homicide Bureau Detectives are investigating the death of a female white adult, who was located on the 38500 block of 11th St E, Palmdale. At approximately 10:00 a.m., Deputies assigned to Palmdale station were called to a local hospital in order to contact a male white adult who claimed to have assaulted his wife. Deputies contacted that individual and learned that the male adult had assaulted his wife at their residence. Deputies responded to their residence and located a female white adult who had sustained trauma to her upper body. She was pronounced dead at the scene. This incident is being investigated as a domestic violence incident. After further investigation by Homicide Detectives, the suspect Neil Edgar, a male white, 41 years old, has been arrested and charged with Murder. He is being held on $2,000,000 bail.
