The City of Lancaster Invites Community Members to Nominate Employees for CLEAR Choice Awards

The City of Lancaster is asking the local community for their help in recognizing the outstanding contributions of local public servants. Via the CLEAR (City of Lancaster Employee Appreciation and Recognition) Choice Awards Program,the public is invited to nominate City employees who have displayed excellence in their service to the community.

CLEAR Choice is an ongoing program which recognizes outstanding City of Lancaster employees who demonstrate excellent customer service. This program is designed to show appreciation for the efforts of these public servants who make the choice to embody service, effort, and engagement. The individuals nominated are those whom display principles of integrity, involvement, courage, accountability, respect, and excellence, providing the highest level of service to the local community.

Citizens can help the City discover potential CLEAR Choice award recipients by submitting their nominations to the City’s Human Resources department in person or online. To nominate a City employee online, visitwww.cityoflancasterca.org/saber. There, residents can enter the employee’s name, the reason for nomination, and award employees “SABER” (Service Above and Beyond the Employee’s Responsibility) points.
